2 TIMOTHY 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear: but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
We commonly utilize chemicals as external products to manipulate and control our mental state, health and physical existence, environment, transportation and positions of power every day. Unknown to most people, these consumer-based products are anemic when compared to the omnipotent power of the chemicals produced (primarily by FEAR) and transmitted by the human brain known as Hormones and Neurotransmitters. This article is a simple but thorough explanation of the 6 most powerful chemicals in the world and how they mentally, physically, spiritually and socially manipulate and control the entire human population.
Adrenaline
A powerful hormone and neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) causing reactions in the body during the fight or flight response. Emotional triggers created by our five senses increase blood pressure, elevate heart rate and blood sugar levels to increase energy access to fuel muscles and organs. Adrenaline increases alertness along with focus and reaction time in critical situations. It also constricts and dilates blood vessels to transport blood where it’s needed the most.
The problem with Adrenaline is that it must be administered in the proper doses. If it is over-prescribed by the brain’s reaction to excessive stimulation, it can create a life of self-induced health problems and eventually be fatal.
DANGERS OF EXCESS ADRENALINE:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
• Heart rate increase, High Blood Pressure, Rapid Breathing, Sweating, Dizziness, Vision Problems, Heart Palpitations, Hypertension, Heart Attack, Stroke, Disability, Death.
• It weakens the Immune System, causes Peptic Ulcers, damages DNA, causes chronic stress and fatigue.
MENTAL DAMAGE:
• Anxiety, Depression, Irritability, Restlessness, Impairs Concentration, Insomnia, Bodily Tension, Panic Attacks, Shortness of Breath, Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Stroke, Muscle Soreness, Premature Aging, Tumors and Miscarriage.
Noradrenaline
A Powerful hormone and neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) causing reactions in the body during the fight or flight response. It is released from nerve endings and the adrenal glands. It increases the heart rate, blood pressure and muscle blood flow. Noradrenaline influences focus, alertness and stress response activity.
Like the over-production of Adrenaline, the over-production of Noradrenaline can be health destructive and ultimately fatal as well.
DANGERS OF EXCESS NORADRENALINE:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
• Noradrenaline can overstimulate the cardiovascular system and disrupt various organ functions. It creates Hypertension, Arrythmia (Irregular Heart Beat), Inflamed Heart Tissue, Heart Failure, Heart Attack, Stroke, Cancer, Disability and Death.
MENTAL DAMAGE:
• Chronic Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Memory Loss, Insomnia, Sleep Disturbances, Hyperactive Fear Responses and PTSD.
ORGAN AND METABOLIC DAMAGE:
• Excess Noradrenaline directs bodily resources away from maintenance and repair resulting in slow recovery and suppressed immune functions. Disrupts blood sugar regulation causing Diabetes, Nausea, Tremors, Excessive sweating and fluid buildup in the lungs, Headaches, Cancer, Kidney failure and Blindness.
Cortisol
A steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands that regulates metabolism, the immune system with anti-inflammatory effects, blood sugar levels and helps the body to respond to stress. It increases alertness, regulates glucose for energy in fats and proteins and regulates blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Cortisol regulates the sleep-wake cycles and influences mood, motivation and fear in the brain, as well as effecting memory. As essential as it is, over-production of Cortisol can affect the body in many negative ways.
DANGERS OF EXCESS CORTISOL:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
• Weight gain, especially in the abdomen and the face - Skin Damage – Thinning - Bruising - Slow Healing - Acne and Stretch – Restlessness – Fatigue - Marks – High Blood Pressure – Heart-Disease – Stroke – Diabetes
• Muscle Weakness, especially in the arms and legs – Reduced Bone Density resulting in breaks and fractures
• Irregular Periods – Reduced Fertility – Low Libido
PSYCHOLOGICAL AND COGNITIVE DAMAGE:
• Mood Changes – Anxiety – Depression – Irritability – Emotional Instability – Memory Loss – Concentration, Attention and Decision- Making Issues – Sleep Disturbances – Insomnia
IMMUNE AND DIGESTIVE DAMAGE:
• Constipation – Bloating – Diarrhea – Reduced Absorption of Nutrients – Cushing’s Disease
Dopamine
A Neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) that plays a vital role in the brain’s reward system, motivation, mood, focus, decision making, motor control, coordinating movement, blood pressure regulation, kidney functions and gastrointestinal movement. It is released when we experience pleasure or anticipate something rewarding and is referred to as the “feel-good” hormone). Conversely, excessive Dopamine in the body can lead to severe physical, mental, and behavioral adversities.
DANGERS OF EXCESS DOPAMINE:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
• Increased Aggression – Compulsive Behavior - Fatigue – Muscle Tension and Stiffness – Tics – High Blood Pressure – Abnormal Heart Functions - Hyperactivity – Restlessness – Parkinson’s Disease
PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE:
• Anxiety – Irritation – Agitation – Uncontrolled Impulses – Emotional Instability – Addictive Behaviors – Insomnia – Hallucinations – Delusions – Schizophrenic Behavior – Reckless Behavior – Hyper Competitive
Oxytocin
A Hormone and Neuropeptide (chemical messengers) produced in the Hypothalamus and released by the Pituitary gland. It is considered the “love hormone”. It is the catalyst for developing and maintaining social relationships throughout life. It regulates how we perceive, respond, react and manage social cues, manage fear, and interact with others. It is the chemical that motivates sexual arousal, orgasm, reproduction, labor, childbirth, breastfeeding and mother-infant bonds. Oxytocin can also lower blood pressure, cortisol levels, pain thresholds and have anti-stress effects. To the contrary, like the other chemicals discussed, excessive amounts of Oxytocin can have physical and psychological harms as well.
DANGERS OF EXCESSIVE DOPAMINE:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
• Nausea – Vomiting - Convulsions - Severe Headaches - Excessive Uterine Contractions - Uterine Rupture - Tachycardia - Arrhythmias - Myocardial Ischemia - Prostatic Hyperplasia - Difficulty Urinating - Coma - Death
PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE:
• Confusion - Emotional Instability - Heightened Aggression, Sensitivity to Social Stimuli - Anxiety - Overly Sensitive Social Behaviors
Serotonin
A neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) that is produced mainly in the gut that transmits signals between nerve cells in the brain and throughout the body. It regulates several bodily functions including mood, memory, learning, appetite, sexual function, digestion, vomiting, bowel movements, sleep, blood clotting and even bone density. Serotonin in excess has its negative effects as well.
DANGERS OF EXCESS SEROTONIN:
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
• Unconsciousness - Nausea – Vomiting – Diarrhea - Shivering and Sweating – Muscle Twitching and Jerking - Blood Presssure instability – Temperature Irregularities – Fever – Seizures – Tremors - Rapid Heart Rate - Organ Failure – Death
PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE:
• Confusion - Anxiety – Restlessness - Insomnia – Delirium - Seizures
Conclusion
Exactly like medications taken during an illness, these chemicals produced by the brain and the body are naturally formulated to keep us well and enable each individual to function and enjoy life as mentally and physically powerful as humanly possible. The destruction of our minds and bodies occurs when there’s excessive stimulation and production of these bodily chemicals caused by peer and societal pressures, mind-boggling rates of change and the overwhelming speed of life that creates a level of FEAR and a CHALLENGE TO SURVIVE that’s never been seen or experienced in the history of mankind. This perpetual and cascading effect of deadly chemicals mimic a nuclear bomb exploding inside of us 24/7/365. The rate and volume of excessive toxic chemicals that we are producing inside of ourselves causes the body to revolt and scream back at the brain to stop the assault, but the brain, being autonomous never listens to the body, it just continues reacting to the stimulation in which it has been trained to react.
Unfortunately, the body’s “screaming” presents itself in many different health destructive forms including mental depravity, anxiety, depression, headaches, indigestion, abdominal pain, muscular tension, high blood pressure, diabetes, shortness of breath, organ failure, cancer, anger, fatigue, lack of desire, and irritability just to name a few.
The human mind and body is not constructed to live, thrive, prosper and properly function with the absurd inundation of mental and physical demands that we have placed on ourselves and those that society forces us to live with each and every day of our lives. The reality is… WE ARE UNCONSCIOUSLY KILLING OURSELVES!
